RELEASE AND WAIVER TERMS

License & Use. You grant TuneMage Media (“Company”) a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, image, voice, and any content you submit to Company at any time or that depicts you and is captured by or for Company at any TuneMage-affiliated events, sessions, activations, or online campaigns now or in the future (“Content”), in any media now known or later developed (including social media, websites, email, press, ads, and subscription/fan communities). Company may allow its artists, partners, and service providers (e.g., PR, editors, distributors, hosting platforms) to use the Content solely to enable those permitted uses. This does not authorize unrelated product endorsements without your separate written consent.

 

Ownership. If you created the Content, you keep ownership and license it to Company as above. If Company (or its contractors) created the Content (filmed/recorded you), Company owns that recording; your permission covers your appearance in it.

No compensation / no approvals. You won’t be paid for these uses and you waive any right to approve edits, versions, or placements. Credit isn’t guaranteed; if you provided a handle, Company will use reasonable efforts to tag where practical.

Irrevocability & future opt-out. This consent is irrevocable for Content already created, used, or distributed. You may withdraw prospectively (for future captures/uses only) by emailing info@TuneMageMedia.com; prior uses remain licensed.

 

Release. To the extent allowed by law, you release and hold harmless Company and its artists, partners, service providers, production personnel, contractors, volunteers, venue owners/operators, successors, and assigns from claims related to:

– the permitted use of the Content, including rights of publicity/privacy, defamation, copyright, moral rights, or payment; and

– your participation in filming, production, or related event activities, including personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.

This release does not apply to claims arising from Company’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, intentional wrongdoing, or breach of these terms.

 

No obligation to use. Company (and its artists/partners/service providers) has no obligation to post, publish, or use the Content.

Removal requests. You may request removal from Company-controlled channels going forward; Company can’t guarantee takedowns of third-party reposts, archives, or caches.

 

Privacy. Company may store your contact details to administer this release and follow up about the Content. Privacy Policy: www.TuneMageMedia.com/privacy.

 

Age & authority. You are at/over the age of majority in your location and have the right to grant this consent. If under the age of majority, a parent/guardian must sign.

 

Law & e-sign. Governed by Ontario, Canada law; Ontario courts have exclusive jurisdiction. You consent to electronic records and signatures.
