Release Terms
License & Use. You grant TuneMage Media (“Company”) a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your name, image, voice, and any content you submit to Company at any time or that depicts you and is captured by or for Company at any TuneMage-affiliated events, sessions, activations, or online campaigns now or in the future (“Content”), in any media now known or later developed (including social media, websites, email, press, ads, and subscription/fan communities). Company may allow its artists, partners, and service providers (e.g., PR, editors, distributors, hosting platforms) to use the Content solely to enable those permitted uses. This does not authorize unrelated product endorsements without your separate written consent.
